Set up Virtual Front Desk on your Neat device

1. Create a free account on Neat Pulse.
2. Link your Neat device to Neat Pulse and turn on the Virtual Front Desk app. Neat’s guide Getting started with Neat open apps walks you through it.
3. On the Neat device, the Virtual Front Desk app asks for a connection code. Enter the station’s connection code from your dashboard, under Stations.

Your station now works just like it does on an iPad, a Windows computer or an Android tablet.

Change the Wi-Fi network

If you change the Wi-Fi network on a Neat Frame and it asks for the admin password, enter the last six digits of the Frame’s serial number. You can find the serial number in the Frame’s Settings > Devices, or on the label under the Frame.
